Melody N. McGuire is a highly respected Early Childhood Educator, National Accreditation Specialist, speaker, trainer, and coach with over two decades of dedicated experience in advancing high-quality early childhood education.
As the Owner, Founder, and CEO of ECE Circle Time, Melody has devoted her career to nurturing young minds, supporting families, and strengthening communities through impactful early learning initiatives.
Throughout her professional journey, Melody has served in a wide range of roles, from volunteer and licensing consultant to quality advisor, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the early childhood education landscape. Her passion for empowering educators and uplifting the profession led her to establish ECE Circle Time™, a supportive and collaborative space where Early Childhood Professionals can connect, grow, and thrive.
In January 2021, Melody expanded her vision by launching Early Childhood Educators Circle Time™ on the Clubhouse app, creating a global platform that now serves a vibrant community of over 6,500 members. Through her engaging digital presence, she shares valuable insights on National Accreditation while inspiring educators with her calm, encouraging, and often humorous delivery.
Melody holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Martin University and an Associate of Arts in ECE and Care from Atlanta Technical College, reflecting her strong academic foundation and commitment to excellence.
Under Melody’s leadership, ECE Circle Time is proud to have served 30% of the United States, supporting both small and large Early Childhood schools on their journey to National Accreditation.
