Service Description

➤ 40 Hours – Live Virtual Instruction ➤ 25 Hours – Independent Study & Applied Work (guided by the book) ➤ 10 Hours – EED by Design™ Mastery Intensive (Capstone Weekend): - Studying - Testing - Presentations - Demonstration of Learning CREDENTIALING PATHWAY Participants will earn training hours that can be applied toward: CDA (Child Development Associate) via the Council for Professional Recognition CDA REQUIREMENT: - 120 hours of professional education - Training hours can be completed at any time prior to applying - 480 hours of experience required within the last 3 years CCP (Certified Childcare Professional) via the National Early Childhood Program Accreditation CDA REQUIREMENT: - 120 hours of professional education - Training hours can be completed at any time prior to applying - 480 hours of experience required within the last 3 years Participants who complete the program will receive: Early Educators by Design™ Certificate of Completion This certificate: - Counts toward credentialing hours (CDA or CCP) - Supports National Accreditation training requirements If participants want their hours recognized by their state: - They must submit a written request BEFORE the cohort begins - We will apply for state-specific approval on their behalf REQUIRED MATERIAL All participants must have a copy of the: Early Educators by Design™ 2nd Edition Book This is not just a book—it is the training system. Each chapter includes:Practice Activities - Lesson Plan Exercises - Chapter Review Questions - Reflection Questions - Apply What You Learned - ECE Circle Time™ Insights This ensures participants are actively applying what they learn in real time and are fully prepared to pursue the CDA or CCP credential (or both, if eligible).
