Early Educators by Design™ Training Program 📚 Program Overview Early Educators by Design™ is a structured professional development program designed to help early childhood educators strengthen their teaching skills, build high-quality programs, and work toward professional credentials. Participants may join the cohort at any time and earn 75 hours of professional development, including: 40 Hours – Live Virtual Instruction 25 Hours – Independent Study and Applied Work 10 Hours – EED by Design™ Mastery Intensive (Capstone Weekend) 🎯 Program Benefits Participants will: * Earn professional development hours that may be applied toward credentialing. * Prepare for the **Child Development Associate (CDA)** and/or **Certified Childcare Professional (CCP)** credential. * Learn practical strategies for operating and managing high-quality early childhood programs. * Participate in virtual field trips and real-world learning experiences. * Receive coaching, mentoring, and networking opportunities. * Gain skills that support national accreditation efforts. Required Training Material All participants must have their own copy of the: Early Educators by Design™ 2nd Edition Book The book serves as the program's training guide and includes: * Practice Activities * Lesson Plan Exercises * Chapter Review Questions * Reflection Activities * Real-world application exercises * ECE Circle Time™ Insights 💰 Program Fees Book Only (Required for All Participants) $125 per person Full Program Access (Non-Clients Only) $250 per person Includes: * Training Book * Live Virtual Sessions * Independent Study Activities * Mastery Intensive * Certificate of Completion 🏆 Certificate of Completion Participants who complete the program will receive an: Early Educators by Design™ Certificate of Completion** This certificate: * Counts toward professional development requirements for CDA and CCP pathways. * Supports national accreditation training requirements. 🎖 Credentialing Pathways Participants may apply their training hours toward: Child Development Associate (CDA) Requirements: 120 hours of professional education 480 hours of work experience within the past 3 years Credential Fee: $525 (online application) $600 (paper application) Certified Childcare Professional (CCP) Requirements: 150 hours of professional development 720 hours of work experience within the past 3 years Credential Fee: $350 Note: Credential fees are paid directly to the credentialing Organization
